Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Once your order leaves our premises we no longer have active control over the process of delivery but we will endeavour to give you the best level of support we can to get your order to you quickly and in good condition.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping based on the size and weight of your order.

0-1kg: $9.00 (Actual weight or box volume weight, whichever is highest)

1-4kg: $13.00 (Actual weight or box volume weight, whichever is highest)

4kg+: $20.00 (Actual weight or box volume weight, whichever is highest)

 

International Shipping

At this stage we do not offer international shipping  out of Australia.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 9 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box. Please provide a delivery address that is not a P.O. Box.
